Jill is amazing to work with. From the start she listens to what is important to you and makes communication a top priority. She worked quickly and diligently to help me sell my townhome while also hunting down the perfect new home across town. Buying was a long process due to a competitive market, and Jill’s commitment and expertise were essential. When it came time for inspections, she had great referrals, organized every detail and always followed up, and graciously spent as much time as I needed walking me through each step. She was an advocate and friend throughout the process. On top of her professionalism, she is thoughtful, fun, and a joy to spend time with. I cannot thank her enough!

We absolutely loved working with Jill! We found her through a couple friends that also had a great experience buying homes with her, and she definitely lived up to their great reviews. My husband and I were looking to buy our first home so we weren't very knowledgable on the process and pretty intimidated, but she was so approachable, understanding and thorough with all of her explanations and guidance. She made herself available to us at all times of the day and was quick to answer questions or jump on the next step that needed to be completed. She had a great knowledge of several different neighborhoods and was able to help us narrow in on an area that was safe, in our price range and everything we were looking for. We felt very confident in her ability to negotiate on our behalf, and ultimately we feel like we landed on a great selling price for our new home.
